EXP bug fix and x3 EXP Empty EXP bug fix and x3 EXP

Dear players, please be informed that all servers will undergo a maintenance at 1300 hrs till 1500 hrs today to fix the current experience bug issue. There will be triple experience rate after the maintenance to compensate for this issue and it will last till next regular maintenance on Thursday the 29nd at 1000 hrs. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
