at the time that i try to login is says that sometimes...
im trying to login now (2:30am - gmt+ on my bf acc and i cant, it says that..then i tryed my account and cant...and i was just on with it :\ only had log off before tryed login on my bf acc..

got same problem too

Same here, all 3 of my accounts cannot log in. The the error show up, "Account server has encountered a malfunction."

same problem...here..all 4 accounts cant login...it says account server has encountered a mulfunction...summore i hv 43m gold...fully set lv 70 eq...unseal 65 forged weapon...2 mordo lv 20 (wana make MJ)...already happen just now!!!....pls fix it.

add another player to the list of the account server malfunction...

Oops, i forgot to answer these things. I was on after the 3 exp was up (2pm +8gmt). Around that time i was able to log in and out of my main character. When i woke up in the morning (3am +8gmt) my account was d/c. Then when i relogged the error showed up, "Account server has encountered a malfunction." I figured it was only my main account and tried all accounts that i own (3), and subsequently none worked. My main account has 2 characters on the Ascron map, My sub accounts have 3 characters in Ascron, and one in Magical Ocean. The error occurs at the log in screen, so i don't think that character location is a factor for the error, but i could very well be wrong. And the only things i could do to solve this problem was to log in to as many accounts that i had and post on forums to see if anyone had solutions, but i guess my attempts were too feeble Well thats all i know about my accounts and the malfunction.

yha thats what i done...i log off my acc only to login on my bf acc...and then appeared "account server has a malfunction" or something like that xD

i tried my siblings' accounts to check, all account malfunctioned too...
darn...should we post the ss of it? but dat will reveal our username to log in. not good.

update:

weird...it happened just a while ago then suddenly can log in.
