PhotoBucket Quality Decreased?

So far i jz uploaded a pic on photobucket and posted here saw sum others also saw dat quality not so gud as last time my com problem or photo bucket quality decreased?

maybe its ur picture's format if u save it in png and upload it into photobucket den its clear.
if its jpg its a bit more unclear kind of type.
