ToP has too many players, staff sucks, and everything is expensive.

in game shoping mall in ToP is cool...
ToP hosts lots of events..
you can easily find your needed stuffs in ToP but so expensive..
ToP players are RICH$$$$..
over populated...need to host a birth control program like one child policy^__^
hardcore lag in argent...
sharing in one spot..results to KSing.

PKO players are well disciplined..we dont trade in world chat...
GMs are approachable
top 1 here is lv 96..in TOP, lv 90 only^__^

we have GSS..
we ARe STRONGER than ToP players. 1 PKo players is equal to 5 ToP players^_^
singaporeans,malaysians and filipinos are good people..we treat each other as family

Main Reason:

PKO= Asia
TOP= NA/Europe
Piratia??= Russia (Is piratia included?)

They're in different time zones lol...

PKO= mostly expensive equips to sell, very hard to buy good things
TOP= Cheap... (HB= 45k I think)

PKO= got Load Central!! Yay!!!!!
TOP= dun have paypal...

PKO= got active GMs and are willing to help
TOP= Never contacted a GM...

PKO= I wish x3 exp would be forever
TOP= I think x3 exp is on weekends

PKO= fewer bugs, still some lag
TOP= maybe they got more problems, they got SW first

PKO= Many pinoys
TOP= they're losing players

PKO= yeah... We're really stronger
TOP= They're good too

PKO= cool forums, especially old forum fixed and this also... Looks cleaner
TOP= haven't changed at all...

NOTE:
I already played ToP, some did contradicted and are the same to xpekdworst's post. And what I'm telling was last year, so if anyone of you wants to say something bad about this, well, this is a topic about the "difference" of ToP and PKO... So I should compare to let u understand the difference...

top it has 2x exp weekends and hex(dreams come true)(easy noob leveling)
PKO was having regular events and ingame event

TOP no GMs have to do live support and they wont come on game, there aere 3-5 spammers ruining local chat 24/7
PKO we have what 2 in house GMs now apparently alex found out how to save money by neeglecting the players like ToP , good job

pko has black market so we can have reasonable unseals and battle better up to level 65 swords when the prices skyrocket lol
ToP i have seen lv 45 SEALED sell at 900k

ToP has tree of fortune HB 35~45k
PKO currently pushing 100k per

ToP can exchange rep/forum points for credits for SOME rum items rations 15k auto 17k while on pet note you get a fairy box in noob chest
PKO due to bugs and people leaving less rum buyers and prices soaring rations up 50% summer tix have doubled. and there are rebirthed people

ToP seems no one can be bothered to help atleast after you reach lv 41 and rep has been stopped
PKO generally good people

ToP unique gems 399 'rum'
PKO unique gems 99 rum

ToP seems relitively stable
PKO in deep trouble if the bugs are not resolved soon

ToP all in all you can level fast but no unseals or Gems so you are weak and cant really survive well in maze and have to battle lower level mobs s makes after the advancement harder. all the time you cant ask anything and have to listen to people spam or shut off local...

PKO it may take longer to get lv 35/45 but you can get unseals or elite unseals easy enough if you are from the east and play in daytime there still a couple GMs left, apparently the rest of the world and its money are not wanted.

well my opinion and observations

alot of people knows pko and top well bot many people plays it cause most people there dont know how to speark engilsh so it sucks in top and its rocks in pko(due to the bug in pko nowadays it sucks in pko)

TOP too expensive >,< for rich people oni
