VB: un able to assign den items lost

i bought rums, then bought hb... i checkout the hb then tried to assign, i was unable to assign coz my char name cud not be found, so i relog. wen i log back in, d items (hb) was gone, not assign to any of my char. i lost d rums, but did not gain d hb. pls help...

If char name unfound , please note its a bug . Which is currently under fixing . Have you try sending a email to CS ?

Send a email to CS to let Head GM know about your problem and he will personally assign items to you.
