Virtual Bag Bug

I having problem assigning item from virtual bag. Character doesnt seem found. I tot that bug is fix.
I oledi seen a couple of email to cs, doesnt seem anyone is replying....
Its almost a week. Any Gms can help me wif it??

lol.. i had the same bug..try to assign items at char in flag..but char not found..already send email with screenshot..still no reply...

Sorry Guys , The bugs is not fixed yet , currently our developers are looking at it . Please give us some more time , If possible pm your email add in forum , i help you guys check on the matters

For the players who had send emails ,

From what I know that are quite a numbers of emails still under pending , please kindly give them more times to sort it out .
