im having trouble with this quest...

how to help??? and it still stick to 0 even though i've done quests from npc...help anyone? my guildmate said there are 5 npc to help.

161 rb exp is the maximum exp u can get for nw. try reading top webbies. they say the same.

...btw GM did mention rb cards are only for 1st rb.
