Virtual bag and website

hi.tis about website pko..
i been surf using internet explorer and can...
but time assigning gold for woe pack can.but i didnt get 3x black dragon bag,1x mystery apparel and 100rum...how i supposed to do??

I didnt understeand what happened to you...
After you put the code and password on website to open the WOE pack nothing happened?(u didnt received the products?)

1st-i received the Gold-as 300k gold.
2nd-i didnt got any rum,apparel,blackdragon bag.

tat my problem

Go to "My account"; card top up history and take a ss
then go to ur virtual bag and take one too..
then go to item history and take a screenshot too..

send those ss to cs@piratekingonline.com and explain your situation

and dont know in what more i can help...that never happened with me

i already do tat.but it show none.just all my march 2008 card only.but i can show the prove i bought at mol....

If u already sent the email, now need w8 for their reply...
Gm's cant help you with that, they will only contact the responsables and then those persons will try to resolve it... =) good luck
