I think everyone's characters have gone. So far it looks like Anchor ppl that have tried to log in have discovered this. Hope that they fix it today before end of 3x exp.

w00t w00t! they took out 3x exp and accidentally took out the character command line...all your characters are belong to sing-gum forever! muahahahahaa
