As Mooo said it's Lv75 Revered Staff for Cleric.

Ways to get Lv75 equipments:

Monster Drop - For more information Spring Town Chapter * Part 5
Exchange - For more information Patch 1.33 Information * Obtaining Level 75 NORMAL gear

I got it LONG after the 3socket was removed...
U still get 3 socket items...

they say u cant make 3rd socket.. but they never say.. NO more 3socket items..
Mystic chest and Beautiful Chest still have give 3 socket equips
Especially BOOTS... well its just rare
