Character Lost issue (Anchor)

Dear players,

We are aware of this character lost issue and currently still working on it. Due to the servers are still unstable, please restrain from creating any new character if your account encounter character lost issue again, as it may cause further corruption to your account database. We are still searching for solution to resolve the core of this problem. Please bear with us for this moment.

Players who had recently created new character(s) and encountered Character Lost issue, kindly send an email to cs@piratekingonline.com with the following details:
- Account Name
- Server Name
- Main Character(s) Name

As for those who had already been suffering from this issue, please do not attempt to create any new character for this moment, as it may cause corruption to your account database. We will try our best to restore back your character as soon as possible.

Any progress regarding this issue will be updated as soon as we receive new information.

An additional compensation to Anchor Server will be given once the problem has been rectified.

It is already too late to make any compensations. The time taken to fix this bug amongst other latency issues has already caused most if not all players to lose faith in this game. I guess the manegement has to learn it the hard way...
Maybe the day when rum sales start dropping and revenue starts decreasing will they start to realise the weight of the matter.

But then again its might be high time to just pack up and move on in life =)
