also a lv 10-15 STR battle pet cheap is good as well not starved

If you are aware that "black market transactions" are rampant and ongoing, u'll understand the need for being paranoid. Besides some leet items cant be simply defined in "game money" terms, they are worthed far more than that.

With that said, do keep in mind that the above rule is an add-on to a clause in the T&C when you play pko.
