Buying Rums By De-Mercado

Many ppl now is buying Rums by De-Mercado and paypal dnt get the money from the acounts, and ppl is getting the acounts baned for some times and the faul is from paypal cause dsnt work good!

ppl spam a lot of rums in pko and now from 1 bad thing and a problem from the seller ppl lose her acounts!

What he is trying to say, is that we cant do nothing...
Paypal ask us a document to proof our identity, and we send it to them, but they never answered!


We are under-age, we dont have a credit card in our name that can be used in paypal, my credit card isnt accept on my paypal, and my brother card isnt too, etc...
P.S. We're from Portugal, to payments by internet we have "a virtual card sponser" to protect our original credit card and to prevent "account steal"...
