PayPal Issue with Shop.MMOSITE.com

is anyone having issues with shop.mmosite.com? when you buy rums via paypal there are massive errors and you ACTUALLY GET CHARGED but mmosite says item has not been paid and wont give you rum codes. mmosite has the same service as official pko website. 90% of emails is ignored. they even have a msn address so you can chat with them but no one answers. zzzzzzz wth? get charged for rums but no codes and wont answer emails...wooohoo i can't wait to buy all these rums...muhaha wth?
