hi gm / technical support... y this problem taking so long.. n no update at PKO offical website...

I Sorry that this issue keep delaying , But as you can see even with servers resets , this problem is not really solve . It keep coming back later .

That the reason we didnt server reset. We currently are already onto the matter , I update you guys when the Technical side fix this whole matters ^-^

Since this isnt the official forum nor an affiliated site of PKO itself, there isnt and WONT be a reply from the technical team regarding the fixture of the char lost bug and any bug for that matter.

Besides, if u referred to Yuki's post, u would see that she herself dont have a definitive answer to that question of yours. So please just kindly wait for an update.

haizz ... how can the technical team oso dont know how to solve .. they is technical ( must be overknowledge ) and how come they oso dont know how to fix .. better all the technical been fired than hired the better technical team ... since from before oso dis game always buggy which means dat technical is not good at all ... any1 agree?????????

Err Lazafamas, Firstly which part of the message of threads say that technical side cannot fix ? Dun say it becos it took them long to fix all this .

As I had mention to other players , char lost is highly due database error .. They need time to fix . Imagine we have 100++ accounts , maybe thrice amount of the char info on the database itself. One wrong step taken means u can say bye bye to your character forever.

As people who had touches scripts b4 , one extra words or , will make ur script error , so to find out what causing the error is not easy . Please understand that fixing errors is not as easy as it seems ...

how long?my bf charcter is still missing he already send reports but then nothings happen..
since the new patch was released alot of bug thingy come out...
this is not pirate king online anymore its bug king online..
i just feel sorry about it,.
