Item lost, Char rollback

Server: Engine
Time happen: around 2pm before server restart
Rollback state: 11pm, June 07 (after mirage)

Date/Time - Item Intact = June, 08; 12.30pm In front of Argent teleporter -Jovial. I logout and change character a while. Then login back.

Date/Time - Item Lost = June,08; around 1.30-2.pm In front of Argent teleporter - Jovial. When I try to teleport to shaitan my character was disconnected. I try to login and found my character was dead and respawn at chaldea. pet growth decrease, exp decrease from 76% to 67% only and the staff enigma +4 gos was lost. (other item considered junks)

Explaination;
I was playing as usual after mirage last night. I assign some item (seaweed and summer ticket) on the morning about 4-5am (on other ID)... I lvling at summer till 76% exp with some of guildmate. After that i go take my staff from other char (Staff of Enigma +4gos fuse Spoon). I also bought some item like blade inca forged, and transfered to other char, and that swords still there.

Then i was doing nothing (afk lvling pet) till my fren ask go shaitan. I teleport and got DCed. When I relog all item, exp, gold, everything was rollback to after mirage session of last night... everything i take from bank like nana also lost.

Item lost:
Staff of Enigma +4 gos fuse Soup Spoon
Banana x 1
Some lvl 65 eq mob drops
Fairy growth rollback
Summer ticket x 4
gold got 2M back

The most precious is that staff and i was holding it for my fren! help me!

- Details of what leads to the item loss: im going to isle of chill then i can't teleport to the island,,i relog-in but when i open my character i was disconnected,,i relog-in again then my character now is in shaitan city,,no sword,pet died,,my experience came 5%,,and my gold came 1,386,166,,wen i teleport to argent,,theres no people there,,i relog and relog but theres no people..my BIG problem is that i just borrowed that sword from my friend (·Calyx),,how am i gonna explain it to him...!
please bring back that sword..it is not mine! I don't care bout' the other things that has been lost,,i care more about the BoE,,'coz it's not mine! shit man!

Huh?? There's someone around that time happen to experience same things with me.

Please change your font size , it making us even more hard to read your post.
You should be sending to CS instead of the Tech .

P.S. As I had told other players , Be prepared that they will take some times to investigate and will not be returning you the items that soon .
