Exploration Spirit Segment of story quest bugged too?

i cant submit the quest back to drunkard anthony... even though i have the survival compass
nor can i abandon the quest to restart that segment too as seen by the system message "this quest can't be abandoned"

erm u need to bring the quest item along.. not juz the compass.. forgot what, mybe u keep it in ur bank =D coz i was like this last time till i figured my silly mistake

hmm i c i try to dig out whatever quest item i have in bank

so this not bug right tread closed for the mods maybe wanna highlight this and then post a section in the guides.

You need the item quest item "Righteous Document" in your inventory. Go check your bank
