well you see...i bought 2 Gem of Rages' vouchers and decided to redeem them from Bingo today...
well, in my first attempt with two vouchers...it aint working...so me tried redeem it one at a time...and it aint work...

now, here are screen-shots of my case...(the one-at-a-time attempt)

ok, is the gem voucher now bugged too? Cap00000-4

so...how am i gonna do to deal with this? lol
should I send email to cs@piratekingonline.com with the screen-shots attached, or without them attached?

lol that gem voucher u bought from mall only have 1 gem only but if u redeem from bingo, u can get 3 from 1 voucher and that is only from xmas turkey event hunting those vouchers
