Lost Stacks of Fairy Rations

Dear GM,

Last night, around 12:34 am I was able to log on to my main account, and my banker char to trade some rations to vend. I placed them into the bank and was shifting items around when suddenly, both my chars got disconnected. When I checked again this morning, the 5 stacks of rations were now gone.

The picture below is the image of my purchase from item mall. I bought 6. I placed 5 into the bank. Please note the time of the website on upper left.




Below is the SS I took upon discovering my lost rations. I had placed them around the pumpkin mask. As you can see, the 6th stack with 51 rations left is still in my inventory.



I doubt if my account was hacked, because all my items are still there, as well as my gold. The only reason I can really think of was because of the sudden disconnection and maintenance yesterday.

Please look into this GM.

Items lost yesterday was because of rollback in the servers.
Ur rations prob somehow got lost along the way.

Anyway u shld send this to cs@piratekingonline.com since no GMs here is able to trace trade logs, etc. Wont do you any good...
