dun noe wat bug seem lik server rollback

GM marcus help me pls i am from deck sever
when i log out from the game then when i log in back i am not at my original position but i am in fortune island which is the place i am at during midnight GMT+8
all the trade i had done is like gone all my gold is back to original ones but the item i sold or traded is gone. Form example i traded with Nishizawa, i used champ BS armor+3shin 2socket for his lv70 glove+10con(crus EO) and drakan+3con but when i log in back these item are gone and my item are back to the ones that i got during midnight. I also bought GSDF from gundalut10 but when i log in back the GSDF is not there. I sold Encryt(spell sth lik tis) BluePrint to ItsMe19 and when i log in the money is also gone. it happen to me like sever rollback but all the item i traded to some1 is gone and the item people trade to me is also gone. Therefore GM please help me to solve this problem

I sended this email to pko explaining my situation:
"Between 7:30pm and 8pm GMT+1 i been dc, and when i tryed to log in that sayed that account server failed, i tryed i other computer and saied that in differents accounts...
Before that my gilfriend had traded to me and gived a nebolous ray to me and i had given to her a lone tower tix...She didnt dc, then she didnt have a rollback..But i had, when i logged on i had one more tix that i had before and my necklace desapear...that i only noticed when i tryed to trade it to her again...
Pls asap because it isnt very expensive but i already spent to much money on game...

I already saw that im not the only one that had a rollback.. Isnt fair for us, if dont have this problems fixed dont turn on the game...because we can lose our eq's that we had spent our real money!
