2nd is easy...spam War Of Eternity pack...which will give u 9 hi amp of strive n hi amp of luck..u can obtain that form load central too...refer to PKO website news section

how much reputation point you need to rebirth, when using rebirth card?

its an easy one.

2nd Rb is not yet in this current patch....so..keep the card until further notice..even 2nd RB quest is not yet completed....

the answer is: yeap, no requirements need to use the card. so, no rep points needed.

and, i think rebirth card can only give you one rebirth chance. using more than once will roll-back your rebirth.

Oh I see... So.. I think it's not worth it buying Rebirth card...

I think if you want to do 2nd rebirth, more requirements will come isn't it??

If you just save the card for 2nd or 3rd....
