i dunno...but i think rebirth card, perhaps, is only to reborn 1st time if you hate all the hassle to do the quest...
2nd and 3rd rebirth...you need quests.

Yes.
It'll be more worthy to buy rebirth card for 2nd or 3rd rebirth.
But, I think when the 2nd rebirth patch comes.. There will be a second rebirth card for 2nd rebirth. =x

lool is only available 1st rebirth...
nothing on the cards details says that it cant be use for 2nd rebirth, if that was available in this patch i think that could use the card to make it...

but if this patch is full of bugs...dont think that would be a new one XD

lol...or u all just gonna have to lv to 75 ( 4 weeks of 3x xp shud be asy) farm repu (also easy since we all can make new char edi and during 3x xp) and lastly the quest....shud be asy lah.....wakakaka..unless u got bugged during triggering the quest then it will be hard (sad~like me)
